Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with all parts, manuals, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
Return Process
- Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kohinoormetalproducts.com or call us at +91-7011990915. Kindly provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. - Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to send your item back. - Shipping the Return
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
