Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unusedunassembled, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all parts, manuals, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kohinoormetalproducts.com or call us at +91-7011990915. Kindly provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping the Return
    You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
